"When I was told by my doctor that I needed to have a sleep study, I became very nervous. I was not sure what to expect. The staff at the Greater Tri State Sleep Center called and explained everything in detail to me. I was able to have the in home sleep study done and thanks to the staff, when my kit came in the mail, I was ready to go.
Everything in the kit was exactly the way it was explained to me on the phone. I mailed the kit back (postage paid already) and was contacted with my results. An appointment was made to go to the Sleep Center so a CPAP could be adjusted to my own personal way of sleeping.
The Center was a wonderful surprise. It was like staying at a 5-Star hotel. The bed, pillows and over all room were very comfortable. The sleep tech was awesome.
After my stay, I went home with my machine. The staff contacted me again afterwards to see how things went. From start to finish the entire experience was wonderful.

"I have had nothing but great service from Greater Tri State Sleep Center (GTSSC) since my doctor contacted them for my sleep apnea needs. When I have called for service or to ask a question, no matter how simple the request, they are patient, extremely responsive and very knowledgeable.
What is so wonderful is that customers get to talk to a real live person (not an answering service or automated menu) who knows the field and is willing to find answers for their customers. I have been very successful in my treatment plan and some of that credit has to go to the supportive services of GTSSC. I highly recommend their expert support."
